Terms & Conditions

Kidz Parties 

- Maximum 15 kids for a 1 hour party.

- Maximum 22 kids for a 1.5 hour party.

- Maximum 30 kids for a 2 hour party.

- Additional fees apply for extra children. 

- Travel fees may apply.

- Deposit of $100 is due within a week of booking.

- Full payment due 7 days prior to party date.

- Payment can be made via bank transfer or Paypal. Cash accepted but must be discussed prior. 

- Wet weather cancellations permitted. At least 2 hours notice is required to receive a full refund. No refunds are offered if notice is given within the 2 hours before your party starts. 

- Cancellations due to sickness require Doctor's Certificate if party cancelled on the day. Full refund will be given once the Doctor's Certificate has been sighted by Circus Kidz. 

Preschool Programs

- Tumbling Toddlers 2yrs - Minimum 4 kids, Maximum 10 kids.

- Super Spinners 3yrs - Minimum 6 kids, Maximum 13 kids.

- Jumping Juniors 4-5yrs - Minimum 6 kids, Maximum 15 kids. 

- Make up classes are permitted depending on availability. At least 24 hour notice must be given to be eligible for a make up class. If a make up class isn't possible or available, a credit will be provided for the following term. Refunds are at the discretion of management. 

- No refunds will be given for unused classes or cancellation. If cancellation is due to sickness, a Doctor's Certificate must be provided to receive a credit for the following term.
